Dad's Mitt is a passive item introduced in Volume 1.

Effects

• Grants a +10% tears up.
• -0.2 Shot speed.
• Isaac's tears become influenced by Isaac's movement, changing directions when Isaac moves.

Synergies

• Abyss: Spawns a baseball locust that becomes influenced by Isaac's movement.
• Brimstone: Brimstone beam curves in the direction Isaac is moving in.
• Mom's Knife: Thrown knife moves in the direction Isaac is moving in.
• File:Dr fetus.png[1]: Bombs move in the direction Isaac is moving in, but cannot move backwards as to avoid self-damage.
• Tech XTech X: Laser ring moves in the direction Isaac is moving in. This allows Isaac to position the laser ring permanently on top of an enemy with precise movement.
• The Forgotten: The Forgotten's bone gains the appearance of a baseball bat.
